Return/Refund Policy & Instructions: EFFECTIVE 11/01/16

Defective or Damaged Items:
- Please inspect your item(s) IMMEDIATELY upon arrival.
- If you received a defected or damaged item, you MUST contact us within 3 days of delivery date.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the item(s) in your possession for a long period of time, removed the tags, washed it or worn it.
We do inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues wherever possible.
Return & Refund Instructions
Items not eligible for return/exchange or refund and considered to be final sale are: Sale/Clearance items, Jewelry, items discounted for 20% off or more, Legging, Beanies, Scarves, Accessories, Gift Cards are considered to be FINAL sale. No exceptions.
- The term "Final Sale" means an item can not be retuned or exchanged.
- Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit only for the original purchase price.
All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Unworn, unwashed, odor-free items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached and intact.
- Shoes must be returned unworn and in the original box when shipping it back to us.
If items are returned appearing worn, washed, and/or damaged, smell of smoke, animal hair, stains, deodorant and or fragrance, without tag attached and intact, received beyond 30 days from the order date OR that are Final Sale, will not be accepted.
All Black Friday orders are marked Final Sale and are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
All shipping costs if applicable are non-refundable.
Please note: Our items often sell out very quickly and the new size for that item may not be in stock!
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The item you are returning must meet all of the return guidelines above.
Please place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item.
Ship your return item back to us including your new order number for the exchange inside your return, and we will process a full refund to your credit card once we receive the returned item.
If we are currently sold out of the size you need, we are unable to process an exchange and you should refer to the Return instructions above.
Shipping back your item
While we always provide free shipping to you, at this time, we do not provide free return shipping. If you need to make a return or exchange you are responsible for the new shipping cost (shipping varies on the USPS method you choose).
*We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, patterns and measurements. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective or damaged, as each item may be unique in pattern placement or colors*

- While we don’t require a Return Authorization, we do ask that you include your complete Return Form and place it inside your return, or you can print off your order confirmation email and send it with your return item.
- We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged. We recommend purchasing insurance and tracking when shipping back to us
- All returns will be processed within 1-3 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once we have processed it.
